The Justice of the Peace can only hear cases for damages under $10,000.

Remember, you are always able to make same-day payments via credit card or ACH from within your Nationwide Eviction account. Simply log in, click the Invoices tab, load your Open invoices, then click the blue $ symbol.
Paupers Status Appeal
The resident's application for Paupers status was declined by the JP Judge. The resident has opted to appeal the JP judges decision. The County Court will review the application. If the county court approves the application for paupers status, the resident will have 5 days to pay 1 month of rent into the registry. If the county court declines the application, the resident will be required to pay the judgment bond. We will update you when we get the county court's decision.
